Blanking
Blanking is a metal processing method, cutting the sheet metal to create various shapes. Primarily used for mass production of identical pieces, MP also accommodates short runs.
Bending
Bending shapes metal by applying force along an axis to achieve various forms, such as open-section elements, according to project requirements.
Deep drawing
Deep drawing enables the cold forming of metallic materials into three-dimensional shapes, including boxes, cups, or cylinders. Its versatility allows for the creation of complex and precise shapes.
Coining
Coining involves creating shapes on sheet metal using a punch, a die, and a press to deform the metal. Versatile across different applications, coining adapts to various requirements.
Tapping
Tapping is a process used to create internal and external threads on metal. This is done using a tool called a tap, which is either rotated inside a pre-existing hole or pressed against a surface to form the threads. This method is commonly used to create threaded holes in sheet metal, enabling the secure attachment of mechanical components.

In collaboration with external designers, MP has created a new technique for constructing sheet metal moulds. This approach is combined with dynamic sensor technology, speeding up mould setup and reducing tooling and maintenance costs.
As a result, we do not charge customers for ordinary maintenance within the guaranteed mould quantity.
