​In compliance with the obligations deriving from Community legislation (European Regulations 2016/679, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, this site complies and protects the confidentiality of visitors and users, applying all possible and proportionate effort not to infring upon the rights of its usersThis privacy policy applies only to the online activities of this site and is valid for visitors/users of the site. Instead it does not apply to information collected through channels that are different from this website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how the site uses it.

​As all websites, also our site makes use of log files,  which store information collected in an automated manner during user visits.  The information collected could be as follows:

​The data collected by the site are processed by the Data Controller located in Via IV Novembre, 30 - 33080 ROVEREDO IN PIANO (PN), and are handled only by technical personnel authorized to process them, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

​Transfer of data to non-EU countries

​This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. The transfer is authorized by specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular the decision1250/2016 (Privacy shield), for which no additional consent is required.

Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with a logic strictly related to the mentioned purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of Data Processors involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing personnel, attorneys, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.

• ​The right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority)as well as, more generally, the right to exercise all the rights that are granted by the current provisions of law.
  

​The requests must be submitted to the Data Controller or to the Data Protection Officer.In the event that the data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, the rights of the interested parties affected by the processing are still guaranteed  (except for the right to portability which is not required by the regulations), and in particular the right to oppose the processing, which can be exercised by sending a request to the Data Controller.
